Doximity Talent Finder allows me to reach those “niche” specialties that can be hard to source—like nephrology, allergy and immunology, endocrinology, medical genetics, and some pediatric subspecialties. 2. The Doximity team listens to our input and makes changes to their product based on that feedback. They recently increased the number of DocMail messages we can send at a time, which was an idea I submitted, allowing us to connect with more clinicians. 3. Doximity makes it easy to schedule calls with physicians. All I have to do is send them my Calendly link and a candidate can schedule a time that works best for them. 4. The team at Doximity is an integral partner to our recruitment team and has enhanced our ability to recruit providers over the past ten years. 5. Our recruiters love the laser-focused physician searches that Doximity Talent Finder allows. 6. I love that I specify my search to physicians who have past ties to an area. 7. We love the option to buy extra DocMails on top of our existing package. 8. The customer support we receive is second to none.  9. \[Doximity provides\] excellent customer service and the product has a high return on investment (ROI) value. 10. I love that it helps me reach passive candidates (those candidates who may not be actively looking for a job but are open to the right opportunity). 11.
