Great detective work requires the right tools.

Doximity Talent Finder just announced the latest product feature that allows recruiters to search for physician candidates by professional title.

The new feature uses natural language processing to tag physicians based on their profile headline and work history, so you can browse Doximity profiles (the physician’s digital CV) and search for candidates by professional titles like Vice President, Chairman, Division Chief, Medical Director, Dean, Adjunct Professor and more.

What hasn't changed is physician recruiters can search Doximity physician members in over 40 specialties, across all 50 states. Via DocMail (the trusted Doximity messaging platform), you can also reach out to physician candidates directly with target opportunities.

Search for physician candidates on the largest physician network.

Doximity has over 500,000 verified physician members. Doximity Talent Finder, the platform that enables social recruiting via Doximity, allows physician recruiters to promote job posts with surgical precision using Doximity’s “best match” algorithms and professional network.
