There’s an epidemic in U.S. healthcare: physicians are stressed and burned out. According to [The American Journal of Medicine](https://www.amjmed.com/article/S0002-9343(18)30286-9/fulltext), physician burnout increased from 45.5 percent to 54.4 percent between 2011 and 2014.
